All alcohol and tobacco products are sold in New Jersey and title passes to the buyer in New Jersey. By placing the order, you authorize us to have the product shipped on your behalf by common carrier for delivery to your selected destination. Under the terms of sale, the common carrier is acting as your agent.

Delivery of Alcohol Packages
Delivery can only be made to an address where an individual at least 21 years old and can sign for the shipment during regular business hours. Products can be shipped to a place of business or residence. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box or APO Boxes.
Purchaser and recipient must be over the age of 21 to purchase alcohol.
For all alcohol orders, an adult 21 years or older must be available to sign for the order.
Warning: Certain states expressly prohibit the direct importation of alcohol and violation can be punishable as a misdemeanor or felony.
It is Wine Country Stores policy not to ship Liquor to certain states where direct shipment is prohibited and therefore, our web site will not let you place an order for shipment to Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington State and West Virginia.
We do not ship Wine to the following 13 states: AK, HI, IL, KY, MA, MD, MN, MS, SD, TX, UT, WV, WY.
Please contact your local alcoholic beverage control agency for further information. In addition, other restrictions may apply as some states limit the quantity and type of products that may be shipped to an individual address.
By placing an order you verify that you and order recipients are at least 21 years of age. At the time of delivery the order recipient must sign an age verification receipt stating that they are at least 21 years of age and must present a valid drivers license, military ID, passport or State ID for identification.
You will be notified by email that we received your order. If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you. If the items you ordered are in stock, we attempt to ship them within 24 hours. Tracking numbers are sent to you by email. Our shipping department works Monday thru Saturday 9:am to 5:00 pm. If you need to change your order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 862-225-9224, please include the order number. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any item ordered.
We usually ship within 24 hours from the receipt of your order. We try not to ship product over a weekend, so if your order is received and cannot be delivered by Friday, it will be shipped on Monday. Shipments may also be delayed due to weather conditions. Weekend delivery requests may have additional charges. Rules and regulations of common carriers may prevent us from accepting orders for the shipment of alcohol products. All shipments of alcoholic beverages require an adult signature for delivery.
We cannot guarantee any shipments by a specific date, nor will be held responsible for any shipping instructions given on an order. We will do our best to accommodate the Customer in any way.

It is the Customer's responsibility to be present at the time of delivery for an adult signature. If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt to deliver will be made. Whenever possible, we encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to our shipping warehouse. The Customer will be required to incur the cost of retun shipping and handling, regardless of a request to cancel the order.
Credit Card Charge
When your order is placed your credit card will be charged. If we can not fill your order, we will immediately refund the sale amount to your credit card.
Our shipping containers are sized for 1 bottle, 2 bottles, 3 bottles, 6 bottles and 12 bottles. Our system will estimate your shipping charges. Actual shipping charges may vary when we consolidate your order. Some items require special packaging. We will email or call you with any shipping charge adjustments for your approval.
You can place an order online for pickup at any Wine Country or Wine and Whiskey Country Location. Each store location will confirm inventory availability and notify the customer within 24 hours. Each store location will process the sale directly once the order details are confirmed. You will be contacted by the store when your order is ready for pickup.
